Landlady Kitty Kat has had it with her lazy tenant, who's unemployed, messy, and behind on the rent. Confronting him while he's still lying around in bed, she pleads with him to do something to help out around the house. But, seeing as he's already half-dressed and she has needs of her own, decides she might yet have a sexy use for him at home.
